Nuthouse Grange Country Hotel

Problems with the Hotels Auto Attendant.

I was called out to help the hotel resolve a few issues with their telephone system a now obsolete IPLDK 100.

The Auto attendant set up and messaging had to be changed to cater for the hotels latest requirements. Voice mails were also set up on the reception, Banqueting, Admin and accounts handsets so that messages could be left when the users were on the phones or away from their desks.
A pick up group was also set up as the hotel were missing calls and losing business.

All the customer wanted was the system setting up to their requirements. A simple task.

Another happy customer who was pleased with the final result.
